World of Choices - May 25, 2012

World of Choices is a career forum for young women in grades 10 and 11.

-200 young women from around Calgary and area will participate in this unique career forum/roundtable event

  • -Over 40 career ambassadors will be invited to purchase tables to speak to these young women and expose them to various career options available to them
  •  
  • -The morning will start with student registration, and participants will receive their “career matches” and pertinent information to take with them after the event
  •  
  • -The young girls will cycle through 3 to 5 tables to learn about their pre-matched career options. Speakers will give a short presentation and will then allow participants to ask questions to begin a discussion
  •  
    • -Each session will last 30 minutes with approximately 10 minutes in between to move around
    •  
  • -The half day event will culminate with lunch and panel speakers
  •
